Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days in advance.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline, unless full insurance is purchased.
If the minimum number of players (6) is not reached, the participant may:
a) Keep the reservation for one of the upcoming events
b) Request a full refund.
c) Turn to a tailored experience on the same dates (program and extras to be arranged with the organization).
