Designed for a select group of 1-3 aspiring coaches, this intensive program offers a unique opportunity to elevate your knowledge of Padel and refine your coaching techniques under the guidance of our elite coaching team.
- 4.5 hours of on-court training with our Pro Coaching Team
- 7.5 hours observing and learning alongside our Pro Coaching Team as they train Pro Players
- 1.5 hours of a final theoretical class with Q&A to deepen your understanding of coaching principles
But that’s not all! To ensure your experience is truly seamless and enriching, we also offer optional accommodations, transfers, and off-court activities.
Choose any three days from Monday to Friday, all year long, and join us in either Madrid or Malaga for a transformative coaching journey.

Over the course of 3 days and 13.5 hours, you’ll immerse yourself in a comprehensive curriculum, including:
COACHING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

- 3 days (from monday to friday)
- 13,5 hours of Coaching Program
- 4,5 hours of training on court
- 7,5 hours of guided coaching accompaniment
- 1,5 hour of theoretical class with Q&A
- Access to PRO Players Training
- 2 Lunches at the club
- 3 nights with breakfast (optional)
- Program can be carried out 365 days a year
