Thank you for booking your Padel Travel Experience!
What does my booking include?
- Padel Travel Weekend: your pack includes all services showed in the poster sent by e-mail and in section “upcoming events” on www.padeltravel.eu
- Tailor Made Experience: Your pack includes services and products confirmed in the last approved proposal
Program
Program, timetable, venues, accommodation, useful contacts and any other detail will be sent via e-mail by one week before arrival.
Changes
The organization makes use of the possibility to change the timetable, the venue of the training sessions and tournament against the Spanish rank.
Any changes will be communicated early and will not affect the format nor the number of Padel hours.
In case of bad weather conditions or restrictions due to COVID Emergency the organization will do everything in its capability (time change, activity shift to indoor facilities, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the sporting activities (lessons and competitions).
If causes of force majeure prevents this (uninterrupted bad weather conditions, indoor facilities unavailability, Law Restrictions, etc.) organization will refund the corresponding amount for the services not used.
Extra cost in case of Indoor Facility:
1to1 Lesson: €10/hour per player
Lesson x2 / x3 / x4: €5/hour per player
Competent court
The parties undertake to return any conflict situations on “Terms and Conditions” to the judges of the city court of Màlaga, with express renunciation to different forum, if corresponded to.
Insurance coverage
Padel Travel Costa del Sol avails itself of a civil liability who is liable for, injuries, property damage and prejudice caused to third parties as a direct consequence of errors, omissions and negligence resulting from the carried out activity.
It’s possible to take out a fully comprehensive insurance. If you are interested contact our Staff.
Final price and payment terms
The final price and bank details can be found in the last approved proposal.
- Padel Travel Weekend: Full payment no later than 25 days before the event
- Tailor Made Experience and Padel Travel Summer Week:
50% upon confirmation by bank transfer/credit card (contact Staff for the link)
Balance 5 days before arrival by bank transfer or upon arrival by credit card / cash
After the above mentioned terms the booking will no longer be considered valid.

Cancellation Policy
Padel Travel Weekend:
The participant is entitled to cancel the whole experience with full refund up to 7 days before arrival.
In case the minimum of participants (6 pax) is not reached, the trainee can:
- keep the booking for the next Padel Travel Weekend according to Events Schedule of Padel Travel Costa del Sol (prices may vary due to different Accommodation Prices in different period)
- ask for full refund
- turn to a Tailor Made Experience in the same dates (program and extras to be defined with organization)
Tailor Made Experience:
The participant is entitled to cancel the whole experience with full refund up to 7 days before arrival.
Padel Travel Costa del Sol reserves the right to cancel the course in case of unforeseeable and exceptional events.
In this case the trainee will be entitled to full refund.
Disclaimer
Padel Hub SL, trade name Travel Costa del Sol, will be able to shoot the trainees during trainings, clinics and Padel Courses. Padel Travel Costa del Sol is hereby authorized to use any audio, video and photographic material thus produced and which incorporates images of the trainees including, by way of example and not limited to, interviews and / or photographs taken on the occasion of the Courses, without limits of territory, duration, means of dissemination (including by way of example but not limited to the internet, social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, promotional-advertising materials, press communications for editorial purposes , any other technical means now known or of future invention, etc.) and frequency of use. I also declare that I am informed and accept that this authorization is intended to be provided free of charge and that I will have nothing to expect from Padel Travel Costa del Sol for the above uses.
