Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made up to 60 days in advance.
- 50% refund for cancellations made up to 15 days in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this deadline, unless full insurance is purchased.
Registration Payments
- 50% due at the time of confirmation.
- 50% due 15 days before the event, payable via bank transfer or by credit card.
Discounts
- Early Bird: Enjoy a 10% discount when you book up to 60 days in advance.
- Group: Get 10% off for groups of 4+ players and 20% off for groups of 10+ players.
- Please note: The "early bird" and "group discount" offers cannot be combined.
